been a bit less then inspired to work on actual art stuffs, so i thought i'd tryyyy to be productive and make a ref for Amp

ps, just saying, his nose/ear loopy glowies/wrists/fingers aren't ALWAYS glowing. when they're not glowing, they're the same shade of blue as his inner wings and feet.
